Supporting Veterans in Our Community

At Mathieu Newton Sotheby's International Realty, we believe that supporting those who’ve served our country is a vital part of being a strong local partner. In and around Westborough, MA, there are wonderful organizations dedicated to helping our veterans and military-families reintegrate, thrive, and feel connected to the community. Below are three outstanding non-profits working in Massachusetts — we encourage you to volunteer, donate, or simply learn more and share their missions.

1. Homes For Our Troops (HFOT)

Builds and donates specially adapted custom homes for severely injured post-9/11 veterans, giving them freedom, independence and a place to call home.

Homes For Our Troops was founded to honor our country’s service-members by providing specially adapted homes for those veterans who have been severely injured in service to our nation. Their mission is to ensure that our heroes can rebuild lives of independence, dignity and purpose after sacrifice, by donating custom-built homes tailored to their needs. The organization is involved in high-impact philanthropy and hosts signature fundraising events—such as their 9th Annual Veterans Day Celebrity Auction—bringing together star power, community support and meaningful outcomes. For more information please contact Pam Smeagle of the Platinum Team.
