Preserving Your Garden 101

Emily will discuss the simple steps to take farm-fresh produce, create easy & healthy meals to enjoy in season and preserve for future enjoyment. Recipes will focus on what’s currently in season so you can get creative in the kitchen! A brief introduction to equipment, recipes and basic preservation methods will be discussed.  Pre-Registration Requested. Join Sohum Yoga and Meditation Studio’s experienced instructors for FREE Yoga at the Park at Westborough Bay State Green (10 Union Street).  Whether this is the first time you’ve stepped on the yoga mat, or you’re an experienced practitioner, you will enjoy this outdoor practice with our wonderful instructors.  Please bring your yoga mat. You can also bring a towel to use as a head support and/ or a scarf to cover your face and eyes from the hot sun. They will also be offering a special Chi yoga class for children ages 7-12 under the gazebo.  This class will be taught by Jeffery Konich, a martial arts instructor and a yoga teacher.  RSVP at www.SOHUM.org.  Feel free to bring your Teens, friends, and neighbors
