Join Sohum Yoga and Meditation Studio’s experienced instructors for FREE Yoga at the Park at Westborough Bay State Green (10 Union Street). Whether this is the first time you’ve stepped on the yoga mat, or you’re an experienced practitioner, you will enjoy this outdoor practice with our wonderful instructors. Please bring your yoga mat. You can also bring a towel to use as a head support and/ or a scarf to cover your face and eyes from the hot sun. They will also be offering a special Chi yoga class for children ages 7-12 under the gazebo. This class will be taught by Jeffery Konich, a martial arts instructor and a yoga teacher.
