A mystery is afoot and it's up to you and your team to solve it!  Join the Westborough Public Library for another fun and challenging night on the library lawn. Bring a picnic dinner, some lawn chairs or blankets, and your creative thinking skills. This reverse escape room will start on the lawn and teams will race to be the first to "break into" the library.  There will be a prize for the winning team. This after-hours event will be open to groups of families and friends of ALL ages.  The game will start promptly at 6:30 so be sure to arrive earlier to check-in. Yoga for Sciatica Pain

If you are suffering from Sciatica pain, this workshop is for you. Sohum Yoga and Meditation Studio will talk about ways to manage Sciatica at work. You will do a gentle progressive sequence of yoga poses at standing and at a seated level that will help you relieve the pain. You will do gentle lying down poses with the use of yoga blankets and bolster to help you decompress, align and lengthen the spine. The goal of this gentle, targeted, mindful practice is to help you manage and overcome the pain.  Beginners to yoga are welcome.

Cost ~ $30 early-bird ($35 after Aug 22).  Limited to 10 participants
