All of our friends and family have spent countless hours researching homes online, putting in offers, starting and restarting the process of buying a home. We were expecting the process to be long, arduous and that we would really need to make consessions on the type of house we wanted given how expensive the market was. I was afraid that if we stayed living in a town close to our jobs we wouldn't be able to afford the space that we wanted or have a home that would need significant repairs.

I was surprised that we found our ideal home, for the right price, in the right town immediately. As we delved further into the process, we became discouraged by the problems identified during the home inspection and wary that maybe this wasn't going to work out for us. While the house was close to the top of our budget, we were concerned that we wouldn't have the monty to make the necessary.

Our agent was very knowledgable and really helped us understand the process and make decisions from the beginning to the end. We are very thankful that he was able to confirm what we were thinking to be good, and assuage our fears and help problem solve issues that came up. It was as stress free as home buying can be, and if/when they time comes to go through the buying or selling process, I would happily return to my agent.

I would advise future clients to find an agent that you can be candid with, ask as many questions as needed to make sure you are confident in your decisions. Our agent's follow up post closing has been phenominal, even as a potential problem came up with our heating unit, he was there to help us problem solve the situation and make the best decision going forward.
