I cannot say enough positive things about Maria. I'll start by saying she is honest which when buying and selling a home, is paramount. She was extremely flexible with our ever changing schedule and even more so with our ever changing home buying situation. Her knowledge of the market, network and creative marketing all lead to a multiple offer situation on our home sale. Then, her superior relationship building and negotiating lead to the seller of our new home agreeing to our home sale contingency...in a seller's market (I'm not in real estate and even I know, this is huge!).
