Krystal L'Ecuyer

Krystal started her career in real estate in 2006, assisting clients with listing and selling their properties before transitioning into leadership roles. Having built a strong foundation in sales, client service, and negotiation, she now brings that experience to agent development.

Before real estate, Krystal served in the United States Coast Guard, followed by work in marine commercial towing and salvage. That experience shaped her leadership style and her belief in accountability, teamwork, and service to others.

Over the years, she has focused on helping agents grow their skills, build confidence, and navigate their careers with more clarity and support. She has worked across several markets throughout her real estate career and is known for being steady, direct, and approachable, with a focus on clear communication and follow-through.

Outside of work, she enjoys boating, golfing, traveling, and reading.
