Before becoming a Realtor®, Joe and his wife Kathy had already bought and sold seven homes. The first, an 1865 "handyman's special" in North Easton, Massachusetts, was an experience of a lifetime; then came a ranch in Albuquerque, a newly constructed split-entry in Connecticut and a custom-built home also in the Constitution State. With this home, however, they experienced the entire process from purchasing a lot and hiring a builder to overseeing the construction.

In relocating to Westborough, Joe brought his wealth of knowledge and experience to the construction of a five-bedroom, five-bathroom colonial. Calling it their best move, they settled in Westborough to raise their three children and provide an in-law suite for their parents. When their college-bound children invoked thoughts of downsizing, they found a charming Nantucket cape on the east side of Westborough to remodel. Ten years later and dubbing themselves "long term flippers," they found yet another property in town to update. They'll call the mid-century ranch—with a great view—their home for the next ten years.

Needless to say, Joe’s personal experience in real estate is of great benefit to his clients. Empathetic to both buyers and sellers, Joe works with diligence and compassion to get the job done.
