A lifelong resident of Southborough, Samantha feels right at home in Central Massachusetts, and joins the team with a solid understanding and absolute appreciation for the local real estate market.  Her project management background in both new construction and home re-designs coupled with her experience in facilitating real estate development projects give Samantha a unique perspective on residential real estate. 

With a graduate degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Babson College, Samantha uses her skills to market and communicate with people globally, including marketing on social media for Mathieu Newton Sotheby’s International Realty.  She is a skillful communicator; able to connect with both buyers and sellers effectively, and capable of promoting properties to the highest degree of engagement.  She is a positive, communicative, and transparent resource, and whether buying or selling, will navigate you through the entire process.

In her spare time, Samantha enjoys the company of friends and family, taking her dog on scenic walks, or relaxing by the beach!
